How can I rent your Body Jewelry sets?
Message us on instagram to check available rental dates and rates. Our rentals start at 3 days, succeeding days will incur costs. Rental duration starts from the day the set is picked up from our craft space until the day it is returned.
How much to rent a Body Jewelry set?
3 Day Rentals range from P1,500 to P3,800. We require a security deposit from P3,000 per set which will be refunded upon return of the set in good condition.
Which sets are available to rent or purchase?
Sets available to purchase are posted here in our webshop.
Sets for rent are constantly updated via our instagram page. Kindly send us a DM to check.
Do you customize?
Yes, absolutely! We would love to collaborate with you to create your very own Stoneriver Body Jewelry. Send us a DM on instagram & let's start your Stoneriver journey.
PRODUCT
Do the chains tarnish? The following are the chains used in our pieces:
- Stainless steel silver chain - will not tarnish nor fade in color for years
- Non-tarnish rosegold chain - will not tarnish, but the rosegold color will fade into silver over time and use. Do not spray with perfume. Wipe dry if it goes in contact with any liquid. Do not use with low-quality chains as it will affect the rosegold coating.
Are the chains hypoallergenic? Yes.
Are the items all handmade? All items are designed and handmade by local crafters in Manila, Philippines unless otherwise stated
Where do you source the stones and crystals? We have suppliers based locally and internationally. Are you a supplier or looking to buy wholesale? Connect with us kim.stoneriverph@gmail.com.
Are the stones real? Yes. We only work with natural, genuine stones. Some design use glass crystals, and we label these in the product description.
Will my stone look like the one in the photo? No two stones look exactly the same so the one in the photo will always be different from all the other stones. Rest assured, we carefully pick stones that are perfect for a design. In the end, whichever stone you get was always meant for you~
Do you cleanse the stones? Yes! We use a tibetan singing bowl for every piece we make. You may also do the stone cleansing at home through these steps.
Can I customize my order? You can customize the length of the chain or request for a different stone (availability is not guaranteed). Simply write your custom request on 'Special Instructions' when you submit an order.

Modes of payment?

How do you know if I have already paid? You have to notify and send us proof of payment (bank deposit slip / screenshot / GCash, PayMaya transaction number). Strictly NO PROOF OF PAYMENT, NO SHIPPING.
Where can I send my proof of payment? You may send it via email kim@stoneriverph@gmail.com or to our instagram page (@stoneriverph)
Is there a deadline for payment? Yes. You must pay within 7 business days (not counting weekends) after order form is confirmed. If you pay beyond the deadline, we cannot guarantee that your order will still be available. If it is not, we will contact you and you will have to choose a different item.
SHIPPING
Tracking numbers will be given upon request. We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels. BUT we will help you contact our courier (lrc-express.com) for similar concerns.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We ship via DHL Express (7 working days delivery).
How much is shipping fee?
Local shipping flatrates:
+ PHP 70 within Metro Manila (next working day delivery)
+ Php 180 Provincial Regular Shipping (3-5 working days)
For international orders, we ship via DHL Express at a minimum rate of P3,800.
When will I get my item (for shipping)?
We try our best to craft orders as fast as we can. Kindly allow us 1-2 business days to work on your pieces and we will ship after proof of payment is acknowledged.
STORE LOCATIONS
We currently do not have stores carrying our pieces; however, you can always order online.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns/refunds, but we do accept items for exchange. If you have concerns regarding your order, contact us immediately (upon arrival of your order) so we can agree on an EXCHANGE.
Exchange is only acceptable if the item is defective (e.g. broken chain, broken lock, etc). Buyer will shoulder the shipping cost to return the item s/he wishes to have exchanged. Item cannot be exchanged for a different design unless no stock is available.
